Aging and Death 

 

Aging comes upon us slowly and presents many physical, mental and emotional challenges.  It is also a time of life in which deep personal and spiritual growth can occur.  In fact, aging itself can become a spiritual practice.

 

Death is neither a popular topic or easy to talk about.  Yet when a loved one is approaching death, or has died, there is a need to grieve, and an opportunity to honor and cherish.  To read more, please click here. 

Spiritual Counseling

 

We live in a time of unprecedented spiritual diversity and freedom, allowing us to find our individual experience of the divine and path to awakening.  The challenge is trusting ourselves to find the most meaningful and skillful path.   We each have an inner teacher who guides us on our path, although it is often hard to hear and discern.  We may find ourselves facing a dark period of challenge, or simply a flat period when our practice seems dry or at a dead end.  At such moments it can be very beneficial to work with a spiritual counselor, mentor, or coach.  To read more, please click here.
