I'm in my mid-70's and have retired from a 45-year career

in law, government, business, and as a Senior Fellow at an

While pursuing my career I studied and trained in several 

disciplines and practices for inner growth, and have taught Buddhism and meditation for years.  I have mentored people in business and in their spiritual growth, and gained considerable experience in psychedelic integration.  I have received informal training in psychotherapy though I am not a licensed therapist.  More information on my background and experience, please see My Path.
